The global pandemic triggered an evolution in how we work. We used to do much of our work in-person. Many client meetings, facilitating our ethnographic research and human-centered design work were done face-to-face. Today, it’s all about establishing those connections virtually and facilitating our work remotely.
By adding a technical delivery layer to Bridjr ChangeTech, we have adapted and can seamlessly do the work of transformation virtually.
We are seeing benefits of working this way:

We’ve been a fan of Typeform’s people-friendly forms and surveys for years. As we stretch ourselves to continually improve delivery over distance, Typeform offers options to morph data collection into dialogue.
Covid-19 has brought near ubiquity for the meeting application we love (and also hate). Zoom brings people together to get things done in a synchronous video environment. As we work to enable business ecosystems, Zoom helps create elevated experiences with app integrations and developer tools.

A recent graduate in communications and digital media, Seher coordinates key activities and contributes to projects. You can always count on Seher for her incredible smile and keener attitude. Before joining us, Seher worked as a digital associate for TD Bank where she contributed chatbot planning and competitive social media sentiment analysis.
